We are making a Tissue paper wreath for presenting as Graduation gifts. The supplies that you need for the project include a metal coat hanger, two packages of tissue paper of your favorite color and scissors. The steps that you must follow are enlisted below:

Step 1: You take the metal coat hanger and then untwist it and form a circle with the wire.

Step 2: Take the tissue paper rolls, and then cut those sheets into a strip of about "" x 7" size. Cut as many strips as you want.

Step 3: You now take that strip of tissue paper and then fold it in half over the hanger. You twist the tissue strips close to the hanger many times. You need to do this so that there become two flaps, which can easily slide along the hanger. You now push it towards the hook of the hanger.

Step 4: Repeat doing this until you cover the whole hanger properly. Make sure you do not leave any gaps or spaces on the hanger.

Step 5: Always place the tissue strips evenly around the hanger so that the wreath becomes balanced. Go on adding tissue strips until the wreath if full enough. At last you can attach a bow onto the wreath at an angle to enhance the wreath.
