The supplies that you require include a 12" grapevine wreath, two large white, green and pink hydrangeas along with 6 large green leaves, scissors and glue gun. The procedure to make the wreath is as follows:

Step 1: the first thing that you must do is to remove the flowers from their related stems. Then after take the grapevine wreath and come up with an arrangement of those flowers.

Step 2: If you are satisfied with the arrangement then place the flowers on the wreath. Make sure you evenly place them. You must use the hot glue gun to secure the flowers properly.

Step 3: Take the green leaves and then place each of the leaf in between hydrangea flowers all around the wreath. You can insert the stems into the wreath but it is a better option to use hot glue gun. Be very careful while using hot glue. You must prevent the flowers from getting the glue in any manner.
